However, by submitting material to us, you grant LAT Aerospace a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, review, analyse, and share your Submission internally and with select third parties strictly for the purpose of evaluation or consideration.

This may include sharing with our internal review team, external advisors, consultants, auditors, or potential partners bound by confidentiality obligations. This license does not permit us to commercially exploit your Submission without your prior written approval.

3.3. Independent development

You acknowledge that LAT Aerospace may independently develop, or receive from third parties, ideas or materials like your Submission. Nothing in these Terms restricts our right to pursue or develop such independent projects.

3.4. Future agreements

These Terms apply solely to the act of using the website and making Submissions. If a Submission leads to a business opportunity—such as funding, collaboration, or employment—any resulting relationship will be governed by a separate, written agreement executed between you and LAT Aerospace.

4. Limitation of liability and disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAT Aerospace, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities—arising from or related to your use or inability to use the website.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any content on the website. 7. Taxes and withholding

7.1. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations (including income tax, GST, or other levies) that may arise from your use of the website, submissions, or any form of engagement with LAT Aerospace. We do not provide tax or legal advice.

7.2. Withholding

Where required by law, LAT Aerospace reserves the right to deduct or withhold taxes from any payment or benefit made to you. Such withholding shall be deemed full satisfaction of our obligations to you under applicable law.

8. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India for any disputes not subject to arbitration.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed by LAT Aerospace. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India, and the language of proceedings shall be English.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be fully valid and enforceable permitted by law. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, represent the complete agreement between you and LAT Aerospace regarding use of the website.

11. Termination
